The internet is a constantly changing industry. Because it has become so integrated into our daily lives, we forget that less than 10 years ago, most people had never even heard of the internet. As a result, society and business are still figuring out new ways to maximize the power of the internet and to improve the existing ways it is being used today. Below are a number of websites in which I have been involved in developing, optimizing or consulting. Each case study involved different issues, however the primary objective is each case was the same. Generate traffic to the website and establish the long term viability of the website using strategies which would not be affected by changes in the search engine algorythms in the future.

La Grande Oregon Real Estate website. John J howard is a real estate agent in La Grande Oregon. He saw the value of internet marketing and how maximizing his exposure on the internet, he increase his business substantially. Through his initial efforts, he worked with a templated real estate website, however this site limited his growth in the search engine. To increase his exposure, we developed a custom website geared toward the major areas served by his buisness. Over the course of 2 years, his business has inceased over 100% and a majority of his new business has been generated via his websites.

Universal Life Church - Amy Long contacted us wanting to incease the rankings for her website. She had a very large website, however the coding of the website was limiting its ability to rank in the search engines. By redesigning the website and providing consulting services to Amy, she was able to achieve page one rankings in all the major search engines for her primary search terms.

Mexican Auto Insurance - Baja Bound is a website where the primary purpose is to sell auto insurance policies to consumers travelling to Mexico. Over 70% of their business in generated via the internet. Through a combination of consulting and link marketing, Baja Bound has increased their business over 200% over the past two years.

Coronado Real Estate - Kathy Koop is the top real estate agent selling residential real estate in Coronado California. She is also in the top 5% of all Prudential agents nationwide. Although a small market, Coronado was a very difficult market to penetrate as a result of the expensive real estate market. Currently, KathyKoop.com has received over 500 leads from her website in a town with a population of only 25,000 residents.

Atlanta New Homes - Atlanta New Homes Directory is an online website promoting new home builders in and around the Atlanta area. A key component to their marketing strategy is the ability to show potential advertisers their serch engine rankings. Through a series of consulting sessions, changes were recommended to the back-end coding of the website in addition to some key changes to various key pages on the website. After a seasoning period, the objective of receiving the top organic listing in Google for the search term "Atlanta New Homes" was achieved and remains today, almost a year later.
