Websites Owned and Managed

Over the past 3 years, I have acquired and developed a number of websites for optimization purposes, testing purposes and as a hobby. Below I have outlined some of the more successful websites which I own.

RealEstateForum.com - This is a real estate forum which was launched in the spring of 2005. The purpose of the forum is to offer a website where real estate related professionsals can ask questions, trade stories or just discuss the state of the real estate industry. To date, the website has over 10,000 members and 150,000 unique visitors to the website each month.

Lendertalk.biz - This is a mortgage forum specifically designed for mortgage professionals to talk about the mortgage industry, promote the various programs they offer and search for specific mortgage programs to meet their client needs. This website was launched in the fall of 2006 and currently has over 3,800 members and receives about 20,000 unique visitors per month.

SurfingSanDiego.com - This website was acquired from the founder who was moving out of state. After acquiring this website, we optimized the website, implemented a link marketing program, and in December 2006, redesigned the website. Currently the website has just over 800 members, and receives over 60,000 unique visitors each month.

All of the traffic to the above websites are generated via the search engines. no external marketing had been spent on any of the above websites.
